Özben İyigün-Yet

  • Özben İyigün-Yet is a Human Resources Management Executive with extensive business partner experience supporting senior leaders and businesses in various strategic and operational roles and leading Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning & Development in cross-functional client organizations. Mrs. Iyigün-Yet started her career as a human resources generalist at the Digital Equipment Corporation in 1995. She became the Human Resources Manager of Vestel Holding, Information Appliances Division in 1998. Prior to working as a self-employed consultant for business development and human resources projects since 2005, she worked at Turkcell Group, Global Bilgi as the HR& Quality Assurance Manager and at Nortel Networks, Netas as the HR Manager. She is currently persuading her Executive MBA degree at Goizueta Business School, Emory University and planning to graduate at May 2014. 

  • Mrs. İyigün-Yet has experience in various phases of HR, ranging from initiation to execution. She designed, created and led entire HR structure and policies for start-up companies. She implemented corporate programs in well-established HR function in international settings. She also led change programs and restructuring activities in a company undergoing an extreme reorganization.
  • Özben İyigün -Yet is a long time volunteer for the American Turkish Friendship Council and has worked extensively on ATFC’s MedShare Project as a Co-Chair of the project. Mrs.Iyigün-Yet is from Izmir and lived in Istanbul, Turkey, British Columbia, Canada and Berlin, Germany before moving to Atlanta, USA in 2008. She is married and has one son
