  • Gizem Köksal-Yahi - From 2013 to September 2016, Gizem was Public Affairs and Communication Manager at the Vehbi Koc Foundation - the first private foundation in Turkey operating in the field of education, healthcare and culture. In that newly created position, she was in charge of leading the development and execution of the Foundation’s communication strategy with all internal and external stakeholders. Prior to working at the Vehbi Koc Foundation, Gizem served as the Vice President for Business Development and Legal Affairs for Secura Security Services in Turkey. Gizem started her career in 1999 as Telecommunication Services Manager at Alcatel Space in France. In addition to pursuing her business career, since 2006 Gizem has been a Board Member at ATFC where she has been actively involved in planning and implementing the ‘Catom’ project (now Change 4 Life) as well as the ‘Breast cancer center’ in Mersin, Turkey. She currently serves on the External Advisory Board of the Turkey Task Force at Georgia State University. Gizem holds a double Masters Degree in Business Law from The Sorbonne University in France and in Economics Law from Louvain-la Neuve University in Belgium. She received her BS in Economics and Management from Louis Pasteur University in France. Gizem speaks Turkish, French, English and German.
